| Dr. Jyothirmani Vatakkayil, a distinguished scholar in Modern History, has made significant
contributions to the field through extensive research and academic endeavors. With a Ph.D.
from the University of Calicut, her thesis titled "The Servants of India Society in Kerala: A
Study of the DMRT Movement" offers a profound insight into historical movements in
Kerala. Dr. Vatakkayil has an impressive record of 12 publications and has presented at 15
conferences, showcasing her dedication to advancing historical scholarship. Currently
affiliated as a guide with the University of Calicut, she mentors four research students at
the Department of History, PSMO College Tirurangadi, furthering the academic growth and
development of future historians. |
